Behind the dryers there was disgusting dirt and dust. I have my own nails and got a French manicure at dinner time last night. There top coat was not to help chipping. The white chipped. I just put my own chip free top coat on. What a rip-off. Less then 24 hours. !!!

This place is disgusting. I am new to the area and I needed somewhere to get a quick Mani and pedi. I decided it wasn’t that big of a risk to do a Google search since it was a basic service I figured how bad could it possibly get… Boy was I wrong.
I should have been initially turned off by how dirty the place was… I mean dirty dust everywhere fingerprints on every single Mirror. But I didn’t run like I should have because quite frankly… I have three kids at home and after such an extensive move I needed this… Like really needed this... so I stayed.
After soaking my feet in a most likely incredibly dirty basin... The woman started my pedicure… When she got to the point to file my nails she reach down below into a container that was clearly marked SOILED… And then try took out deem dirtiest most mangled disgusting nail file I have ever seen in my 35 years of life and try to actually put it to my foot… I immediately confronted her and asked her for something that was new and not disgusting… At first she looked at me confused. Almost as if she was pretending to not understand me. i then repeated myself and explain to her that I do not want that disgusting dirty file on my feet and I would like a new one ... she was not pleased about it but she went in the back and came back with a new file… And a new buffer… When she got to the part where they scrub the bottom of your feet with the loofah thing she showed me another mangled disgusting dirty thing and asked me if I wanted to use a new one… Yeah lady I want a new one.
Being that it is winter and I was totally unprepared wearing boots to the nail salon… I asked her if she had brand new flip-flops as many nail salons do that I could purchase… She told me she had brand new ones I could purchase no problem… Let’s put a pin in that right there.
When it was time to do my manicure she didn’t have me get out of the pedicure chair… Instead she had me twisted my hands over my purse and jacket so she could proceed to give me a dry manicure… That’s right I said a DRY manicure… So essentially she just filed and painted my nails for me… Thanks lady… And you did it over my purse in my jacket so all of the nail clippings and filings went inside… Lovely. Even more lovely that she told me she was doing it that way because it’s faster... good to know.
Now back to that pin… When she brought out the flip-flops… They were not in plastic as they always are… And the bottoms were dirty and clearly born… I confronted her immediately again and told her that I asked to purchase new flip-flops not used ones… To where she insisted that not only were these new but essentially take it or leave it it’s all she had.
In the end she charged me an extra five dollars because I demanded clean utensils and tools… And she charge me three dollars for already used flip-flops. I feel like I have fungus that’s how dirty the experience was… And my “manicure” started chipping an hour later
Gross. Never go here. Ever.

They're warm and friendly! Rose is very nice and always does a great job! It's small and kind of dated ! But they are good business owners who care about their customer's and don't treat them like Cattle ! I will returning

Friendly staff. Nails did not come out so great. I think the lady who did my nails was new and inexperienced.
