I’ve been going to Grace for 7 years and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. She goes above and beyond to be accommodating of my schedule and is always able to squeeze me in (even at 7 AM on a Wednesday). Talk about client centric! Not to mention, Grace is so well trained, that I don’t even ask/tell her what to do, I just tell her that I trust her and let her do whatever she wants. I always get compliments on my color, cut, and style. She’s transformed my hair and I would never go to anyone else. If I could give a rating higher than 5, I would.

I went to Grace to have my hair fixed 3 days before I got married. (another salon did not listen to what I wanted and ruined my highlights) I was so upset when I called for an appointment, she got me right in and made it look better than I even expected!
Regardless of how I ended up with Grace, I will be a life long client. Grace is beyond skilled, and has such talent and a love for her craft. She has made my hair look healthy and better than it ever has and I can not praise her and the salon enough for a wonderful experience. I work in South Pinellas and she is accommodating to my schedule when I have to come in later.
I will continue to go to Metro/Grace and recommend anyone else that wants a real professional that will not ruin your hair and listen to what you want out of your style. 5+ Stars from me!

Abby was wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted and repeated it back to confirm she understood. The haircut came out great and she was a sweetheart. I finally found my new hair salon after moving to the area.

As a regular for the last two years, I would not trust anyone other than Lee with my difficult hair. Not only did he effortlessly take my dark, nearly black hair to a gorgeous silvery blonde, but he did it all with a charming smile, walking me through the entire process. Even after I home bleached and destroyed a third of my hair, he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about how to approach a recovery, recommending products and routines. Lee is a gift that your hair will thank you for.

I had a hair disaster. I tried to color to rid grey and dark roots. The light ash color I was trying for turned my blonde hair copper/orange on top and grey/green in back. Just Horrid!
Thank God for Abby, the beautition that helped me! She new just what to do to fix it and was very kind in explaining exactly what it would take to get it done.
I feel so grateful that she was there and her next appt wasn't for 2 hrs.
