I have been going to First Nails for a while. I would go when my other nail tech couldn’t take me, they were like a second option. I find that they need to do better with greeting people. I am not supporting there business after today. I got my nails done Thursday night, I used white polish. The next night it was turning colors. So Saturday, in the afternoon I go get a new polish to avoid the issue. They wanted me to pay for a Polish change. The man working there said it’s because I changed my mind. I explained to him over and over it was the polish that messed up, I didn’t come back in less than 48 hours just for the sake of it. They wanted to charge me and I did not agree. He ended up rushing my nails, did a terrible job. I think they know they were wrong because the man kept saying it’s up to her (referring to his wife) and she didn’t have much to say either. I have always tipped them and been a great customer. They treated me very poorly. I explained that if I came back in a week that would be a different story, but literally Saturday, I should not have to pay for a service when it wasn’t my fault. Poor customer service on their end and they didn’t even try to reason with me.

Would not recommend it as it was not very clean and they were not friendly at all. As I was getting my pedicure someone was finishing up beside me and the staff never cleaned out the pedi bowl before they sat the next person down. Completely unsanitary and gross! It made me want to get up and walk out!

Some of my polish had come off the night of getting them done. i contacted the store and they were happy to re-do them. I really appreciated their customer service!
