Came in a few weeks ago and while the girl that did my hair was extremely sweet and my color came out perfect, she made a HUGE mistake. I dont know how this happened because I have never dealt with this before. My hair is very long, almost down to my waist. Not brittle, not too thin or thick. I actually have (had) very beautiful hair. After she rinsed the color from my hair, my hair was one giant knot! I have never seen anything like it before. I almost started to freak out and I even asked her if we would have to cut it out. But she said not to worry, she can get it out. When I say my hair was one giant knot I am not exaggerating. She said it happened because my hair is long and was “swirling” down the drain as she was rinsing. It took her a while but she did get the knot out. But not without breaking my hair! I now have very short flyaways starting at the top of my ears. All the way around my head. It looks horrible. I can’t put anything on it because it will make my hair look super greasy since it’s right by my roots. Below my ears, my hair is perfect. It took me a few days to notice it. There is nothing I can do besides letting it grow out. I have gotten my hair done a lot of times and this has never happened. Like I said before, my stylist was very sweet and we talked like we had known each other for a long time. Anyway if anyone knows about any products that can help me without my hair looking greasy I would love your help. On a positive note, the salon is very clean and relaxed. If I did return, I would only let the owner touch my hair. That’s a big IF. I am still extremely upset. I love my hair. We basically spent $125 for broken hair.

I had a wonderful experience with Brooke yesterday. I received a complete transformation with a ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY cut and highlights. Brooke was knowledgeable, honest and kept me updated all through the process. It looks fantastic and Pinterest worthy. I haven’t been able to wear my hair down in months! So thankful for her and her services.

KaCy J is AMAZING and she’s truly an artist! She has brought life back to my hair and made my color look GREAT!!! The energy and atmosphere at her salon is excellent! Thanks for being so great at what you do! This salon IS the best in SUMTER!

It all started with Kacy fixing a bad haircut I was given at another salon. After that, I never left and continue to come back. Atmosphere is relaxing and the work never disappoints.
