I love how they make you feel here. It is very personal and they try to remember your name and things about you. I feel very safe coming here even as an expecting mom! They have shields everywhere protecting the clients and the nail tech. They also take your temperature every time you visit and they have more cleaning products out than I have seen in other nail salons. I was so happy to have found this nail salon. The owner Tammy and Joanne just took care of me and I’m so happy! This staff is beautiful inside and out!

I just moved to Charlotte from NY and found this little gem of a salon. The location is convenient, located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The salon itself is modern and very clean. I had Lynn for my pedicure and Tammy for my dip manicure and they were amazing. They took their time perfecting my nails and were professional, kind, and friendly making me feel right at home. It was such a relaxing and wonderful experience that I will definitely become a regular customer here. Definitely come here if you want high quality looking nails and a rewarding experience!

I did not have an appointment scheduled, but needed my nails done at the last minute. I found Elegant Nails + Waxing on Google and decided to give them a shot! I called 20 minutes before coming in and ended up running late. I walked in and realized they were closing for the day, but they allowed me to come in and get a pedicure regardless! They made me feel so welcome, even though they were closed for the day!! The nail technician, Lynn, took her time ensuring every detail was perfected! Everyone was so sweet, and Lynn did an excellent job on my pedicure! Love this place! I will definitely be coming back here!!

They were lovely from the start! They remembered my name from one phone call, and they made me feel right at home! I was actually in a rush to get to another appointment and she tailored the appointment around my time and even had Ann work with her (Tammy) to do the work even faster! I will absolutely go back! I’ll be seeing them on a regular basis! I really love the whole vibe and they are all such nice ladies! Definitely a relaxing place to be after a long hard day at work or on your day off! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!❣️

I had the BEST experience at Elegant Nails. The staff is genuinely so kind and compassionate towards their customers. This was my first time going; Tammy did my manicure and Lynn did my pedicure. Both of these women are so thoughtful and were very kind to me. They made me feel so appreciated!!! I will never go to any other nail salon ever again. Not to mention, my nails look fantastic!! 100000/10 experience!!
