I went in this morning to get my nails done, and I didn’t make an appointment so I knew I was going to have to wait for awhile and I had no problem with doing so. After I was waiting for about 40 minutes, another lady came in (with no appointment) and they told her to sit and wait at a station rather than in the waiting room. I thought nothing of it and continued to wait. About 30 minutes passed, and it was just me and the lady waiting. At this point, a lady came up to
me, thanked me for waiting, and handed me a basket with all of the nail colors and went back to her customer. 10 minutes later, someone opened up and they attended the lady that came in 40 minutes after me, and no one asked either of us who came in before who, even though I was there first. I waited another 10 minutes and then I left because my mom was waiting on me, and it had been an hour and a half , and they serviced someone that came in 40 minutes after me even though they knew I was waiting. I’ve been going here for over two years and I was planning on coming back because I’ve become a regular but I wanted to make a call to inform them of the situation. When I called, The owner answered and he was not nice at all. He responded with yelling and told me I was impatient and unknowing of what had just happened. I kept a nice tone the whole phone call and he kept raising his voice. He told me if I didn’t come back it was fine because he wanted good customers, and then later asked me to come back. He claimed that he had came up to talk to me while I was there, even though the only person who spoke to me was the kind lady who gave me the color selection. I feel very disrespected and upset that I was treated this way after going there for so long. Rather than apologize, the owner was rude and told me it was my fault. I will not be returning, and If you’re reading this I urge you to bring your business to another company.

I've been coming here for about a year now and I will never go to another nail salon! Simon and his wife and the team always take such good care of myself and my family! Highly skilled and attention to detail. And being over the top kind!

My granddaughter and I win here to have a special day. I do not get my nails done very often. So, this was supposed to be a special treat for me and my granddaughter. The people in the salon were not very professional nor were they very caring. They were at the point of being rude. When the gentleman was filing my nails it actually hurt. My granddaughter said the same thing when she left the salon even though she had a different person do her nails. I would not recommend the salon

I have been going to fashion nails for as long as I can remember. The employees are extremely friendly and always know how to create what nails I ask for. Simon has become a friend to me and always perfects my nails. As long as you start a conversation with them, they are so friendly. They sang happy birthday to my grandmother. By far the top nail salon in Asheville!
