The girl that worked on me was very nice but was very rough and seemed to be in such a hurry that she cut mine and my mom's feet :\ I like my toes but she left polish residue around my nails, which isn't a big deal but not something I want to deal with if I'm getting them professionally done.
My mom's nails look great but they didn't give her the right colour.

If you're ever looking for a nail salon with great customer service and does a phenomenal job, well don't go to T-Nails Salon & Spa in ocoee near michaels and pet smart. They are so bad that I didn't even let the lady put polish on my nails. This is the very first time I've ever experienced a bad nail salon experience in my life. They have the worst customer service , I was there first and this client comes in rushing the lady doing my nails. Instead of telling her I'll be done shortly she was rushing through my nails as if I'm not a paying client 😒. Don't get me started with the work, my four year old niece could've done better. I had to tell her numerous of times that my nails weren't even, she looks up and say oh your nail go that way 😒. That's funny bc before I walked in they were even 🤔. Jesus took the wheel today I swear, this place will never get a dime from me again. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star

They do not fertilize there stuff after using it. A lady had her feet in the water getting a pedicure and the worker stopped working on her and had her leave.

This salon gave me a fungus from poor hygiene and fast service . I went in for a fill and again 2 weeks later. when I came back and they removed the nail polish there it was and they were going to fill it like that. I had to tell them to remove the acrylic. I didn't want the fungus to grow, they proceeded to say I might have hurt myself I told them I did not and it looks like a fungus, it was not on my cuticle nor on the tip of the nail but where the fill happened last. I was very upset . I will never go back .
