I lived at Sutton Pointe for two years and wish I could move back! Our apartment was beautiful, the large window in the living room brought in so much natural light and we had a brand new bathroom. The staff was absolutely lovely, always available and friendly. When we put in work requests they got done quickly, even in the middle of the night someone would come ASAP. The place was kept up beautifully, there were always staff outside cleaning up leaves/branches or cutting the grass. Loved that there were dogs and kids everywhere too.

I have been living here for 2 years and it has been a great experience so far. The leasing consultants Cassandra and Silvia are very friendly, supportive and have been doing an excellent job to improve and make this community a perfect place to live. They also make sure that the residents are well notified about any ongoing work in the community and safety tips.The place is safe for kids from my point of view and has ample of lawn area for them to play around.All major grocery stores and hypermarkets are easily accessible. Overall, i recommend this community.

My husband and I live at Sutton apartments for almost 2 years!!!! We are happy here, when I call the office with issues, Silvia, that works in the office, takes care of it quickly. The only thing I complain about it’s the rent it too high. But, everyone here is friendly. I stay here because the girls in the office are friendly and and when I called, especially Silvia is right on top of the things, when we need something fix in our apartment.

Officially over living here. Been here for 3years now (didn’t have a working bell for the first 2.5yrs) , no one cleans up after their dogs and the most annoying of all the second you’re a few days late with rent you’re sent into legals and they try to evict you instantly. I’ve never lived anywhere after 3 years of paying you’re rent and bills they put court date notes on your door and try their hardest to evict you within a few days of being late after the first. It’s absolutely pure insanity and god awful business. I officially had enough of this place and 100% will not be renewing another year. I like my apartment and love Matawan but the headache of living here that comes with it isn’t worth it. I pay way too much money to be here for such a headache.

Hands down the best apartment living situation in Monmouth county. Talking about value, apartment open and spacious layout, and the professional yet family like office staff that make Sutton Pointe the only choice for anyone with logic. The location and proximity to all major roadways gives you extra time to sleep in/not waste away in traffic on the way home. Plenty of street parking and guest spaces in the back, friendly neighbors, quiet and serene and very green, just awesome. Do yourself a favor and come see Silvia and Cassandra in the leasing office to make this place your next perfect home.
