On 9/3/21 I came here for the first time to get my nails done. Later on that evening one of my nail cracked. I was like ok let me go back and let them fix it no big deal which they did. After doing some very light house work five more of my nails cracked. Now that's a big deal. On 9/4 I went back and spoke to Michael about it. I asked them for another guy to do my nails. I am not too sure if its the product or if its the other guy not knowing what the heck he's doing. The new guy had an attitude, why? I pay you to do my nails, you are not doing them for free it's your job to do it and do it well. I don't reccomend coming here you will be wasting your time and money.

I went here 2 days ago to get a full set. The lady rushed to do my nails, not even doing everything she should of. She just wanted to be done. In the past 2 days 2 of my nails have broke off. I spent 73 dollars on these to last 2 days? Insane. Will not be going back and will be calling to get my money back. Very disappointed. Do not recommend at all.

They are selective with who they want service. I made an appointment to get my nails refilled. When I entered all the workers stared at me for a moment and begin to talk amongst themselves in there native language. I let them know I made an appointment and was then told rudely that they would not service me and they did not give any explanation for the reason. There was two nail technicians available. I am not sure of the criteria to which they make their selection but I can tell you that I am a black women that is 5’8 that enter the salon respectively and was just coming to a scheduled appointment.

I am a new customer to Pretty Nails. As this is only my 3rd time.. i have no complaints. I am happy with Lilly. The business is clean, employees friendly.
