The worst customer service I have ever experienced! This place should be shut down. Came in with a bunch of amazon returns and before I even started the kid behind the counter looked annoyed and bothered. Was complaining with another customer about people still coming in despite the rain. I can’t even count how many times he rolled his eyes. I even apologized to the other customer for taking so long and let another lady go before me. I finally said I was done in order to not have to work with that horrible employee and when another guy came to help he was basically as personable as the labels they were printing but at least didn’t huff and puff the entire time.
Will never come back here again!!!!

I went on a Thursday. I was told that they have one Notary and he does not work everyday. Come back on Friday. Went back on Friday early afternoon and I was told that the Notary was gone for the day. Asked to speak with the manager. Was told that the owner/Manager is the Notary and that he sets his own schedule based on his own whim. Long and short of it, call before you go because you cannot trust what they advertise.

Horrible customer service!!! They lost a package and told me to call corporate because they are a franchise. I then had to go again to the store before Lester would do anything. He argued with me and I am the customer who was put out. Hope the owner of this franchise reads reviews.

Not only are they open until 4pm on Saturdays but the employees are very helpful and nice. I had a situation with sending a large box and Lester assisted me 7 went above and beyond the call of duty. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!

Wonderful service. They advised how to do my return correctly and saved me time and money! A+ employee.
