Awful! My nine year old paints her nails better then the lady that did mine. Nails are uneven after she cut them down and they were shaped different. Nail polish all over the sides and instead of trying to clean it up she used the nail file to scrape it off my skin!! Made her take it off and do a simple polish no glitter they are a little better. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

I took my daughter to have our manicure pedicure. The acrylic on my daughters nails......sloppy and she asked for flower on her toes and got a design. The lady that did her manicure burned her finger with the grinder. Will not return
Now a week later her nails are falling off.

Went to LeNails and was talked into getting a new set. Ty sanded down the old acrylic and began to do a rebase, while filing my nails he went to close to my nail cuticle and made a couple of my fingers bleed. He seemed to be in a hurry. I let him continue and When he was finished they looked beautiful, however the next day two nails broke right off. I was upset that they broke. I realized the new application of acrylic was so thin that eventually all broke but two. Very disappointed. I am done with that salon. I will look for a new place to get my nails done. I paid a lot for this service and was deeply dissatisfied. I felt like they were rushing to get people in and out as fast as possible.

The Staff here is very friendly they have excellent customer service! They have been under new ownership for a little over a year! And Tommy, the new owner does what it takes to make his customers satisfied! If you don't like the way they did something just tell him nicely and he is more then willing to fix it and make it right. I'm very much keeping my business here! thanks Tommy and Jackie!!!!!!

I have been going back to LeNails since Tommy has been in charge! I have been going to Tommy for the past 10+ years. Before Tommy was there I hated going to Le nails. They had the worse service, the rudest nail techs and very unsanitary environment. I have to say Le nails has drastically changed over all for the better. I have recently been doing the "dip powder" ever since I had my acrylic nails removed. Tommy suggested the dip powder instead of the shellac. He said it was much stronger and helps your nails get healthy again. So I tried it!!! And..... I will NEVER go back to shellac! Currently Kevin is the only one trained to do dip powder and he is AMAZING! This round I went back I got two different colors and he hand painted a beautiful flower on them! I definitely recommend anyone who does shellac or wants to keep their real nails after acrylic to at least TRY the "Dip Powder". Just ask for Kevin orTommy! You won't regret it!!!! The new people there now are wonderful!!!!
