I come here all the time. It's my nail spot temecula. I have very hit or miss experiences with customer service. They don't have a good sense of time here. If you walk in with no appointment they always say itll be 10 or 15 minutes of waiting but in reality its 30 to 45 or even an hour and they dont update you or check on you when the 10 or 15 has passed. Always make an appointment. I usually get dip so its usually the guy that works on my hands or another woman i think her name is Maria and she works on sundays. She's really good. Very attentive and she makes sure you like what she's doing. The guy doesn't pay too much attention to you. He may be the manager I dont know. He never speaks to me much while hes working on my hands and hes always looking around or answering the phones or talking to someone in the shop while hes working which makes him work slower on his clients and not provide that great of customer service. I fell in love with dip nails here my nails got very long and healthy and beautiful until I tried to change the shape at another salon and messed them up. Everyone iv experienced here knows what they are doing. And my nails ALWAYS come out nice.

Pretty good salon, staff is nice and friendly for most part.

Tammy does a great job doing stiletto nails here. I love the huge selection of gel colors and you can't beat the low price of a $25 fill. I'm honestly so happy to find a great nail tech and place to go to.

The nail tech completely ignored the design I picked . She didn't apologize and I paid full price . Definitely disappointed with the lack of customer service .
