I love this salon! All of the nail techs I have had were so friendly and professional. My pedi always comes out great. Theresa is my all time favorite. If I had anything negative it would be the buffer for my heels. They don't seem to spend ample time making sure they are smooth enough, but that's just personal preference and my lack of speaking up.
Like any house guest, if you're rude you need to leave and I've seen some pretty unnecessarily rude customers here on occasion. When you respect their "home", these people are wonderful and so incredibly sweet!

The only reason I gave it as many as two stars is because the place was clean, great color selection, and if you choose to have an adult beverage (which I did not partake) it is available. Unfortunately, I had made an appointment in which they got me in right away but RUSHED through as soon as others started to walk in. I was maybe in the chair for around 20 min, when I paid for a more elaborate pedi. My feet were rougher after I left than when I arrived. Some may like this next bit but it wasn't very comfortable....They used a hand held cheese grater on the bottom of my feet. I didn't want to believe that is what it was but then saw one at Safeway the next day. Even my husband commented on it, and he is not one to really notice. I feel like they overcharged me and I should have questioned it but l didn't think I would be able to get my point across very well. Best of luck.

Always great service. Today I needed a much needed reset/relax day. Angela was amazing!!! pedi, eyebrows and the most amazing facial. My skin looks 10 years younger.

Don’t waste your money!! If I could post pics of my nailS you would def understand. On top of them doing a horrible job on my nails they were very rude and have poor customer service. At least the lady that did my nails was. I will never come bk or Recommend this place! Very disappointed!

First time going to Lucky nails and was the worst pedicure ever. Had to exfoliate my feet when I got home they did a poor job on my feet. My nail polish was bubbled by the time I got home from the salon and my daughter who had never been to a salon before for a pedicure got toenail fungus within a week of having the pedicure. The salon was dirty and I guess that should have been a sure sign I should have turned around and walked out. Wish I would have. Never go to this shop they don't pride themselves on good service or cleanliness.
