I went to many places before I found Columbus Nails. I have been going for at least five years now and I love it. I have never been ask for money up front-maybe there were instances where people walk out without paying. These people work hard for their money.

I set up an appointment and this lady tries to argue with me and say I didn't request that then makes me wait even though I had an appointment and takes ladies that just had a walk in. I felt ignored and disrespected as a person, she told me she couldn't do my nails because she had other people so I walked out and simply went to star nails.

I got a manicure and before she applied nail polished she stopped and ask me to pay upfront? I'm thinking does she think I'm not going to pay? All the other women where paying after their service! I will never again step foot in the chemical smelling of a place! I rather go to Katy and spend $75 plus then get my nails done at this racist place! Plus my nail polish chipped off that same day?!!!! I feel bad for myself for even going or even tipping that racist nail tech!!!

I am so disappointed with our experience at Columbus Nails. We spent the weekend (June 5th - 8th 2015) in a nearby small town and decided to have our nails done at Columbus Nails because the salon was the only nail salon with 5 star ratings on Google. Looking back on the experience we should of saved the gas, time, and money. The address posted on Google is wrong, I'm not going to list the actual address because I refuse to give this business any kind of marketing. When we called to find the out the actual location they were rude and drove us around in circles. When we arrived the staff was loudly making fun of us because it took us so long to find the location. We ordered the deluxe pedicure and normal gel nail. We were charged for the deluxe pedicure and deluxe gel nail. My pedicure and manicure both look awful. They have visible bumps and are already chipping. My gel nails are are chipped and lifting less than a week after having them done. I also have a skin infection on one of my toes. Avoid this place. Save your money and have your nails done in the city. With tip I spend $140.

I was looking for a new place to go had been to Columbus nails in old location was ok but now....they are great staff is friendly and helpful I found my new nail place !!!!
