My cousin had her nails done there. What ever they used on her nails began to mold on her fingers. When she and her daughter went there to voice their concern about it, they were met with rude comments and indifference. They are very unprofessional and discurtious.

I went to get my dip powder removed and the woman was very rude about everything. She kept asking me to get other services, but I would politely decline and then she would just get quiet and mumble or walk away. She couldn’t even get a different pair of gloves to work on me with. I literally watched her take a crumpled up, inside out pair and put them back on. I told her to not violently file my nails or they would break and I got a nasty “sure thing” in response. After I gave her the $10 it costed for the removal it seemed like she was expecting a tip, but I was definitely not giving her one. They should invest in better nail techs than a pretty environment. I went home and had to fix my nails from her mistakes.

I absolutely love coming here. The people that work here are amazing and this is the only place that idc who does my nails because I know they are going to amazing.

I really don't appreciate unpleasant people! All I ask for is to be treated like a paying customer! The customer service in this shop is horrible!! I truly would not recommend this establishment!!!!! Sat me down in a chair and never came back or acknowledged me when I was clearly disappointed and dissatisfied! I simply got up and left! I will never never never use these people again!
