I just had my worst experience here. I showed photos of a hair style I would like to get, and she said okay. But it seemed she was not care about the hairstyle I showed her so I reminded her the hairstyle with the photos again. She seemed annoyed and cut my hair carelessly and put a hairgel without asking and left to another customer. My hair was totally messed so I asked her at least trim more so that it looked like normal. But she refused and asked me to leave.

Some what good customer service but very poor nail care. Went to get acrylics removed and a manicure. She went to pry the nails off and even after asking if it hurt and me saying "yes" she kept trying pulling my actual nail hard. Then they had me soak my nails in acetone for no joke 45+ minutes then didn't take off all the gunk from the acrylics, quickly cleaned up my nails and put on top coats.. leaving my fingers hurting from trying to pry off the nails and the acetone for that long. Just wanted to leave the whole time.

I have been coming here for years and years ! They are wonderful and i would highly recommend them. Friendly and well priced. I have never left feeling anything but completely happy with my nails . They are done perfectly every time and are always beautiful. They work fast and i have never had my nails done this well by anyone else.

If they talk to you about giving them a good rating, don’t even bother. They would not correct the ORANGE hair color I have on the sides they gave me as they neglected me to continue doing manicures for other people that came in. They were more concerned of which country I am from than they are of my hair. Don’t come here for hair color. It’s one of those places where you hope they would at least do their job at minimum, but for me they screwed up more than my entire day. They made me feel miserable, regretful, and sad.

Great one stop shop! Kathy is fabulous. I stopped by here with a friend who wanted a haircut while I received an excellent pedicure from Thy (pronounced as Tea). Thank you ladies!
