I decided to try this nail shop for the first time last Friday.The name is called "Me Time" so I assumed it'll be just a nice and relaxed environment.Kelly greeted me and decided to do my full set.I informed her that I had a Christmas party to attend Sunday and showed a picture of what I wanted.Since I'm no rookie there was plenty of pictures for her to get a vision of my style.I asked for powder then chose my two colors(red,white w/ glitter specs).She told me that the red I chose had an orange undertone and wouldn't look good.Kelly then grabbed a different color powder and said this is the red.I explained to her that I wanted coffin shaped nails and matte on the red ones.Also, I asked her to take her time to ensure that the shape is right and the nails are secured.However, I had to constantly ask Kelly to slow down while she was working.When she was done, the shop was closed so I paid, tipped , and left.The next day I seen the nails in the light and realized there was too many issues.The nails weren't red or matte, they were literally ruby(dark)colored and shiny.I immediately called and asked Kelly to fix the nails.She told me that her schedule wouldn't allow it suggesting the following day but it was the day of the event.Between Friday and Wednesday four nails came off and I kept them all.I tried reaching her for several days then on Wednesday she answered and asked me to come pick up my refund because she didn't have time to do my nails again.I went into the store with the four nails that came off.The owner walked up then called Kelly over to refund me.Once Kelly came over I showed her that four nails had come off and let them see my nail bed's as well.My nail bed's and the fake nails had no damage which means that they were just put on horribly and wasn't secured well.The owner started speaking aggressively and rude saying" she refunded you, goodbye! do not talk to her anymore".The whole purpose of me speaking with Kelly was to inform her of the mistakes that were made, constructive criticism.Everyone has room for growth and to perfect their craft.I always spend between $60 -$100 plus when I'm treating myself to a nail salon.Customer's want quality just as the business wants quantity.That was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon.I would've been ok had they just took ownership and just redid my nails to a better standard.

Always nice, friendly, clean, and very accommodating. Never disappointed! Love the ladies here!

This is a great place to get my manicure and pedicure. All the technicians are great, friendly very talented
