Very upset the fact they destroyed my daughters hair TINA over developed the ends came in explained I want them to fix the hair or refund my money.. I came here to get my daughter hair straightened. Her hair was instead damage by chemicals and now it's still not straight. I was refused to any of my demands DO NOT GO HERE .. horrible customer service. The lady had the nerve to say any problem see you in court

They ruined my bangs. I showed them a photo of what bangs I would like and asked if they can do it like that.But instead they ended up making my bangs too short.It looks nothing like how I asked them to try to make it. Also the first day of school is coming up and now I am embarrassed to even go now.Im not sure if I wanna go back..

I went here to get my hair straightened because it was curly. I am only 12 years old and so my dad took me here because he had been cutting his hair with this name Tina. He called saying he wanted my hair to he straighten but not use chemical. Not only did they not listen to my dad they also cut my hair shorter against my dads wishes. When my hair got dried after 1 week, my parents voice their complaint and this lady say its normal for the hair to dry up. So my dad take me to the doctor and they say my hair is dried now because of the chemical use. I was never told chemicals would he put on my hair. The stylist got very defensive when my sad said refund or fix my hair. The stylist tells my dad go talk to her lawyer.

I leave almost 10 miles aways from this place still go here. I been going here for almost 4 years. I started taking my kids and it really good deal. For 8 dollars cant go wrong. Just have to explain the lady who is cutting slowly and they do amazing job.

the worst hair salon ever! the woman that cut for me said to my mom that: “if you want a better look, you should go to hollywood.” THATS SUPER IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE TO CUSTOMER! she thought that because of a normal baber cannot do a proper cut or what??
