I have been coming to Western Nails for 6 years + now. I drive 45 mins from where I live to come get my nails and pedicures done here. ***LADIES & GENTLEMEN.. YOU KNOW THE PAIN & STRUGGLE TO FIND GOOD SERVICE EVERY TIME *** So when you find a place that gives you 5 star services each time, you go back! I have broken a nail or 2, called them and was able to get in quickly. They are so good about getting me in and out quickly (if I’m in a hurry). Most of the time I call and schedule my appointments so I don’t have to wait.
ALL of the staff members are always so pleasant, helpful and they all do an awesome job - A L W A Y S. One of the BEST ever pedicures you will get in your life will be from here - hot rock massages & the paraffin wax are amazing! Shoot any of the services they offer are all amazingly great :)
I will add this: if you ever have an issue with any services or personnel, please talk to the management before you leave. I know they will be happy to make it right!! In the 6 years + of going here I haven’t ever had a bad experience.
PLEASE be mindful before you leave a bad review on here when you did not talk to anyone before you left the place of business and they could’ve made it right for you ;)

The nails they gave me? Pretty. But... The application was painful. They did an overlay and it was BURNING the entire time during and for about 2 hours after. Not worth the burning sensation...

Pulled up and saw the sign they welcome walk ins. Looked like a nice place when I walked in about 15 pedi chairs and 5 basil tables nice decor. I was welcomed as I came in, there were no customers and what appeared to be 4 technicians. When I asked to get an acrylic fill they had a discussion told me to pick a colour then had me take a seat and asked if I could wait 15-20 minutes. The man who could do nails was somewhere else doing a hair cut. All 4 women then sat napping in the pedicure chairs or at the takes playing with their phones for the next 15 minutes when I got up and asked if I still needed to wait they said it would be about 10 more minutes. When the young man finally came in he was polite and did a fine job on my nails while all four women sat and talked loudly in Vietnamese among themselves. One other customer came in and had to wait for him to finish with me to do her nails. Not sure what their role is but they do not seen to have one.

I never leave bad reviews on anything but I had to warn people about this place. I got a dip manicure with paint. First off, the girl couldn’t glue on the nails. She kept glueing them and then ripping them off becuase they were crooked. Then she was burning my fingers with the filing tool so much that I yanked my hand away. And then to finish it off she didn’t put her hair up so every time she tried to paint my nails her hair got attached to the nail polish. (Then proceeded not to fix it). Not to mention she did 1 COAT OF GLITTER NAIL POLISH so my nails are see through.. worst experience at a nail salon ever.
