normally I have an OK experience at this Beauty Brands but today I got my hair trimmed and told her i was growing out my hair and that i just wanted a bit of face framing and Master Stylist Shelley (she was very nice and I really liked her) basically cut a big chunk out of the front of the right side of my face. I wish i could insert a picture because i didn’t notice right away but I got home and it seriously is about 5 inches wide of just a straight up chin length chunk right at the front of my face. the rest of my hair is at my collarbone.

The staff here are very friendly & helpful. Yenny is the only person in the KC area who I trust to cut my hair. I won't let ANYBODY else touch it! She doesn't cut too much off. She's the best!!!
