Been coming here since I was 4 (now 18) and while I have been to more "luxurious" places Nobility is the best place I've ever been to!

My manicurist Tina is the best, but the owners need to upgrade the place...it's filthy with dirty chairs and can do a better job of disinfecting the implements.
