I came in with a friend on a whim for the first time. Right away we were seated and in no time our manicures were started. I have absolutely zero complaints due to the pristine quality of my nails at the end of the session. The customer service was amazing! David made sure I received exactly what I wanted and refused to finish until he felt it was his best work ever. He even made sure my nails were extra strong as I work a job in which I am constantly lifting heavy items and always risk fracturing or breaking nails.
Every employee is very attentive to each customer in a personal manner, even with me and my friend who they did not know at all. The staff also have a special connection with each other. Basically, the entire atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and I am already planning for and am excited to schedule my next visit. Thank you for a great experience.

These amazing people showed up after hours to treat a friend in the hospital. They had such grace and gentleness and did a great job. I highly recommend Song and David. Their shop is beyond a business, it is a ministry to serve others.

Christine is the best! Amazing attention to detail and very gentle. Everyone else there is super nice and friendly as well!

Asked for a white gel and the next day they had copper spots all over them. Hopefully not infection :'(

I just moved to Highlands Ranch and visited Fantastic Nails. I'm VERY particular about how I like my nails done and really developed a great relationship with my nail tech in VA, so I was worried about finding someone of the same caliber. David and his wife, Song, are WONDERFUL! They put customer service first and their prices are very reasonable! They both take their time making sure everything is perfect and they are genuinely friendly. I really enjoyed my experience and I'm so happy I already found a salon I can become a regular at! The lady next to me has been going to this salon for ten years...her words, "you chose the right salon". If that wasn't testimony enough, my beautiful nails certainly are :]
