Mai did my nails. She does exactly what you want. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and inviting. The place is clean. I had a very good experience there

I have been a long-standing customer of this salon for the past 10 years, and I only have good things to say. I am always taken care of and treated with the utmost respect. The associates working there are always flexible with scheduling and truly show pride in their work. I strongly recommend going to Nails by Chi, as their professionalism and artistry never disappoints.

Exceptional!!! The absolute BEST manicure/dip I've ever had. Mai made my nails look wonderful. I should have made an appointment but they were gracious enough to accommodate a walk-in (me!). Everyone is friendly. professional, and definitely know how to do nails. I'll be a customer for the foreseeable future. Word to the wise: Do make an appointment as they are busy.
Follow up: Although Mai did an excellent job, in less than a week I experienced lifting on almost all of my nails. I know this was not her fault. They used Pyramid products on me, but I've had them done previously (at a different salon) with NuGenesis and never had lifting even after 4 weeks. I think they seriously need to reconsider what they're using.

Hands down best nail salon! I went for full set acrylic nails. What was done was beyond what I expected. I absolutely love my nails! Chi took care of me but all the ladies are wonderful. Feels very homey. The prices are reasonable. Very clean environment. Plenty of free parking. Cash only or check accepted

Waited a year before writing this review. Been going to Nails ny Chi since 2006. 13 years. In 2019, my regular manicurist, Mai, was on vacation. She's awesome! I got Kerry, the owners step daughter. Made an appointment. She kept me waiting for 40 minutes,
no explanation, nothing. FINALLY I walked out. Spoke to Chi on the phone, could not understand what she was saying. Maybe she apologized, who knows.
Went back one ore time, and both Chi and Kerry were extremely rude, unfriendly and just not nice. This is how they treat a long standing customer? REALLY? Needless to say,I will never, ever go back Plenty of salons as good or better out there
