I see a lot of bad reviews but I've noticed it's mainly for people who go for hair supplies. I learned from being in cosmetology school this was a good place to get NAIL supplies and I honestly won't go anywhere else. They have a great selection of nail tools for fair prices that are decent quality; and they've always been very helpful and polite to me.

Large space with a very very limited selection. I was looking for hair gel and there were literally only 3 on the shelf. One each of protein gel, a soft hold gel and moisturizing gel. I asked the woman behind the counter where were rest? She said she orders only one or two each because people don't buy it. Very limited selection of extensions and braiding hair.

I go here to pick up my nail products. They are very inexpensive. Especially when buying the powder and liquid. I love it !

The guy was nice in helping find what i needed. But i bought wig clips at .75 cent EACH got home two were broken. Returned and bought more. Putting my hair in today 2 more broke. Thats 10.50$ for 14 clips 4 of which have broke. You can buy the clips much cheaper and in a bigger quanity at a multitude of places around richmond. Will not return here!
