Got a pedicure. Good experience. My only complaint is the nail techs need to all put forth the same effort. Was more please on my first visit than my second. Not sure if I will return.

At 4 Seasons Spa Salon, you are greeted and treated as Royalty, start to finish. The customer service is top notch and long lasting and consistent at each visit. The spirit of enjoyment and positive vibes bounce from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The employees are fun filled and contagious with comedian qualities the keep you engaged in the entire pampering atmosphere. I totally enjoyed myself at my last visit. I am eager to patronize their other amenities, $40 quick facial and pedi bundle. Brows, lashes, and they even have an organic line of spa products I tried once. It was great.

I have always call and schedule an appointment at this establishment. On more than one occasion, I have had to wait over an hour with a scheduled appointment. I'm told "the person that answered the phone booked the appointments too close together". I called on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for today at 5:30. I get to the place and Katelyn tells me she cannot do my nails because she has a 5:30 and a 6:00 appointment . I was the 5:30 appointment. She said I was at 5 which I was not. So again someone wrote down the wrong time. I guess that mistake was my fault. I was a faithful customer. All the times I had to sit and wait and to be told she will not do my nails is bad business practices. My money spends anywhere. I guess they don't care about faithful customers anymore. I will find another place that values their customers.

Long long wait, terrible customer service. Gave five stars so I can be seen. Didn’t even get my nails done because I was waiting for an extended amount of time
