The best nail salon for consistent quality. They are professional and the salon is always clean. Kathy is absolutely the best. They aren't the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I went for a pedicure and initially it was ok. He wasnt very nice, but I didn't think much of it. Towards the end of the pedicure my friend and I decided to get manicures. He didn't seem very happy that we decided to do that towards the end, I told him I wanted to get the same color on my nails but in gel. He started the manicure and went to put polish on my nails, I said no I dont want that, I'd like gel. And he was very annoyed with me, he went to put on the gel and ended up removing it with a drill (which I have never ever used on my nails) burned me with the drill, told me I should have told him before I wanted gel, and that it wasnt going to work because he had put lotion on with the manicure he did, but started to apply the gel again. I was unaware this was even a thing that could happen, and if i would have known that, i would have stopped him when he was about to put on the lotion. He then removed the gel again and told me I had to have polish. Had he communicated with me what was happening I would have been fine, but there was zero communication, my nails were sore, and I told him.not to worry about the polish, just get the gel off and I was fine with a manicure only no polish. He took the gel off and started applying polish before I could even stop him. The polish was super bubbled up, my nails were filled crooked, the surface of my nail was rough, I ended up removing my polish and filing my nails as soon as I got home. Then I was told by two people that it wouldn't have happened if I would have told them I wanted gel... which my friend and I both remembered me asking for gel. And I later noticed that my pedicure wasnt done very well and the polish was bubbly on that as well or painted to the end of my toe. I'm really not a picky person nor do I complain often, but this was just a terrible experience overall.

Not even with a 1 star rating. The sign was lite up that it was open but the door was locked. It was 6:00 PM. There were people in there. I tried to open the door and they looked at me. The lady at front looked at the lady in the back and she shook her head no. The lady in the front looked at me and pointed to her wrist. I looked at her pointed to the sign that said open til 7 and walked off. I will not waste my time or money at there. I will find another place to get my nails done.
