I should have listened to all the bad reviews! I just had a no chip manicure done at the beginning of the week and within days they are chipping and the polish is wearing off. I feel I should get my money back! I was not impressed when I walked in and I should have just walked back out. The place smelled terrible and wasn't very clean or sanitary. The employees barely said two words the whole time I was there. I will definitely not be going back.

The guy who did my nails did not glue the tip on all the way. 3 of them broke off in less than a week of getting them done.

I did not like this salon at all. I was at this salon for a bridal party mani-pedi party. A man did my nails and used his OWN FINGERNAIL to push back my cuticles! Gross! I thought they had tools for that? My cuticles were also never soaked for a mani, so it was very painful when he pushed them back with his FINGERNAIL. Completely grossed me out he did manis on our entire bridal party, and pushed back ALL of our cuticles with the SAME DIRTY FINGERNAIL. Gross! Do not go here unless you want to be disappointed.

I've tried a bunch of different nail salons and can say with utmost confidence that Sophie Nails is the BEST in the Joliet / Channahon area. Owners from original Secret Nails in Joliet.
I like the fact that they're not super busy - it means you don't have to wait long.
Clean, pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, fair prices, and top-quality service.
