Poor costumer service. Sloppy work. I have been going to Lavi nails for so many years. The owner lady used to take care of me and she is very sweet. But the guy who did my nails today was so rude (as if he was forced to work there). First, he was angry that I did not make any appointment (hello you have walk in welcome sign), second, I had called 10 mins before to check if they were taking walk-ins. The owner received the call (I recognize her voice) and said it’s perfectly fine for me to come. After clarifying this he said okay and he hurt one of my finger and it started to bleed. I was very close to just walk away. Will never return back where costumer are not valued! 👎

My favorite nail place. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, kind people, good prices. Excellent all around!

Every time I come here they are great and my nails look Amazing when I leave. I usually only get pedicures but I have also gotten a fill and Gel Manicure when my normal guy is out of town! They are friendly and the shop is clean and welcoming. You feel like you are in a spa and you can relax. The lights are always low and the music is playing quietly in the background.

I found them on Groupon a year ago. A little far from my house, but I will make the drive for Michelle. She does 100% everytime on me. Very thorough, and I love it.
