I believe it's a couple that own the shop. What I'm assuming is the wife, is SUPER rude. She was on her cell phone for about 45 min while she did my nails. She walks around barefoot... And they had a puppy running around the shop, it peed twice on the floor while I was there. There was a small girl, very well behaved waiting for her mom to get her nails done, the puppy kept biting and chewing on her shoes and feet, the owners just laughed. The little girls shoelaces were ruined from the puppy. The older lady who did my pedicure can't see too well I'm assuming. Cut 3 of my toes with the file, and tore one of my nails trying to peel off gel polish even after I said to soak off. My manicure was decent but some were shorter than others, and because she was so preoccupied with her phone call, some were rounded some were square. I paid $45 for my nails and $30 for my feet. Which I found surprising because the prices are posted on the wall. The shop was dirty and the restroom was DISGUSTING!! Customer service was by far lacking and again the wife's attitude was horrible. You can be rude sometimes if your the best at what you do. You can't be rude and suck at your job!! Will NEVER GO BACK!

I enjoy going to California Nails everybody super nice and they do a great job and a good price

Not sure they are really that clean. Water was already in my foot spa and the lady next to me asked if they had a liner. The nail tech emptied the water, sprayed with cleaner and rhen rinsed wuth cild water. She never once scrub the spa. And i wouldn't let them use the scraper as I saw it go from one person to another before it came to me. Ill find anither place. I do not want to get fungus ir anything else from my nail salon.

Had gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was GREAT...manicure was terrible..kept applying polish, it was gummy and messy and never set even though my hands were under the light multiple times. I asked that they remove polish and repeat. They ran my credit card before I had them redo the polish. the unsigned receipt was inside my purse with my credit card. I was surprised they removed the unsigned receipt from my purse while I washed my hands... There were 4 employees doing nails..saw only 2 licenses posted...Will not return to this business.

Great place to get your feet and hands done! Prices are reasonable and the staff has a lot of experience with all nail types.
