Great location and customer service is excellent. They really do a great job in making you feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment you make the appointment to sitting in the chair. However, my nail tech did not do a very good job. My nails chipped the next day, my cuticles were dry and as if I had just pushed them back (no removal). I might try again because of the location, but with another nail tech.
UPDATE: About a month, my nail tech was on vacation and I walked into Christie Pea. I did not have to wait too long. My nail tech Danielle was attentive to detail because I have very dry cuticles and she really did a great job on my Gel Manicure and Pedicure. I also did my eyebrows with Michelle, great service and professional. I made a follow up nail appointment, in which I visited this week for Manicure and Pedicure...again great quality work. I was surprised to see that the owner had responded to my first review and was accommodating to my experience. She kindly honored a complimentary manicure. This place truly makes you feel welcomed, they are professional and excellent customer service.

I️ have gone here 3 times so far, and each time has been a delight. They are very nice, and use the best products. It’s absolutely adorable upon entering, and you are always greeted and offered something to drink. Each time I’ve gone, it’s a different nail tech and they are always good. This has become my new place :) I️ love it!!!!

I was there 2 days ago and I was treated wonderfully and the person who did my Monai treatment was awesome! However, I was also looking forward to getting my lashes lifted. But my appointment that I had made over the Phone somehow wasn’t in the system. So I had to wait and was advised I would have to wait 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait so I was told that someone else would be able to my do my lashes. So I go to their other location 2 doors down and the chick that was supposedly going to take care of me tells me that she refuses to do my lashes. she said one of them is curlier than the other one and so she is afraid they won’t come out good. While, I appreciate her honesty, I don’t appreciate that she completely refused to provide the service, instead of providing an alternative solution. Quite honestly, she seemed insecure and unprofessional.

Sent my mom to Christie's Pea as part of her Mother's Day gift. She said the service was amazingggg and VERY attentive from the receptionist to the manicurist. She had a great time. She loved how they served her two glasses of wine while waiting for her manicurist to free up. My mom also said lovely things about her nail lady and loved her nails. I was so happy that she left happy. Thanks Christie Pea for making my momma's day! I'll make sure to send her back soon :)

I made an appointment online through Mayra's Art & Beauty, but the webpage did not confirm which location. I called, and the woman who answered said that there is a glitch in the website and no appointment was made. She washelpful in setting up a later appointment at the sunset location. During my Lash Lift, my lash line started burning / stinging. With my eyes closed, I waved around for a while to get someone's attention, but the lady must not have been nearby. When she finally noticed me, she didn't seem to know what to do. I sat there in the chair ( for what must have been over an hour) dealing with the pain to complete the treatment. (I was there for 2 hours) At the end, my lash line was swollen and I was happy to be out of there. The next day, my eyes were scabbed from the chemical burn. I called, text, and sent an email but have gotten no response.
