I really enjoyed getting pedicures from this nail salon, but I will never come back after today.
I just paid for a pedicure two days ago and used the salon's provided nail polish. I usually bring my own nail polish and top coat which rarely chips. The O•P•I polish (which is supposed to be one of the best nail polish brands) chipped on 3 different separate toes nails the next day. I come back in for a complimentary repair. I bring my own polish and the salon charges me for a polish change! Why would I want to get the same polish which would just chip again?
The only employee worth getting services from is the owner. Everyone else has no personality and are extremely uncompassionate yet expect a cash tip for mediocre work.

I am handicapped and Tim takes care of me on a regular basis. He takes his time with me and is very gentle. He always makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. I won't go anywhere else.

I used to love going here and getting my nails done but they do a crappy job as well. the older lady that does my nails kills my cuticles everytime and the sets dont last more than a week. They overcharge as well.

This place sucks! Never returning again. I asked went in at about 12:30 they said 30 min wait I signed in and went to dds for 10 mins I returned and I still had to wait another hr. I told them I had to be gone by 3 to pick up my daughter from school they half finished my nails they wanted me to come back so they can finish my design I said fine since i was out if time anyways and already paid I can back at 3:30 and they started on my nails again but the guy originally working on my nails didn't tell the girl who did the design it was gel so they had to redo them. By the time I left it was 5pm I wasted a whole day! Next morning the clear is already peeling off.
