Appt at 12, didn’t start till 12:30 and said I would be done at 1. Done at 1:25. Guess it doesn’t help to make an appt.

I have gone here for over a few years now! The last 2x I have been there I have gotten the same lady and the first time I got her I got a deluxe pedi and she didn’t even finish the deluxe package on me and when she put the polish on she was terrible at it, then the last time I will be going there I got the same lady giving her the benefit of the doubt, she scrubbed my feet without paying attention to what she was doing that she scrubbed 2 sores on my big toe and below it! I used to like going to this place but the last time they also double charged me! I will not be going again! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the owner has always been very nice and professional!
