Ive been coming to Polished Nails for the last 3 years. I always get acrylic nails and was going to a local salon but noticed a co worker always had beautiful nails and she told me she went to Polished. I made an appointment with Quin and would never go anywhere else. All the staff is amazing, and all do an amazing job. If your looking for designs/specialty nails this is the place to be! An appointment is your best bet since they do get busy 😍

I was recommended here by a friend after I noticed how great her nails looked and I have been coming back ever since.
Nana is my tech and probably the best I’ve ever had. Not only is she great with designs but she is EXTREMELY thorough when it comes to the nails themselves. I’ve had new full sets as well as refills done and I’ve never had a nail break or lift. Making and changing appointments is super easy and I like that you get a text confirmation when the appointment is set as well as the day before. I never have to sit and wait before my appointment and everyone here is super friendly, punctual, and professional. Awesome salon overall.

i came here a month ago to get my lashes done. i usually go to another salon that charges $25 LESS but i thought “pay more for better quality…” i have never had lashes that stayed on as long as these have & I was loving it UNTIL i noticed the lashes ripped my natural lashes off completely and were only on bc of how strong the glue was. they were stabbing my eyes & making it irritated and puffy. i tried everything and nothing would take them off carefully. i had to drench my eyes in coconut oil & pull them off carefully hoping I wouldn’t rip off too many of my natural lashes with them. obviously this was not successful. my lashes were almost all taken off with the clusters. i have little to no lashes on my eyes at the moment. super disappointed.

The girls personality was poor. Not very friendly and outgoing. Tried to make conversation. Didn't thank me or say goodbye. Let the other person behind me know they would be with them as if to make me feel like I was being rushed. I went in with an idea of what I wanted but then had to choose something else and felt rushed. Girl after me must have been one of her regulars cuz she was super nice to her. With me she had no personality. Nails came out beautifully but they are overpriced. Not going to go somewhere that I don't feel welcome and overcharged

I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I always get quality work and they do such an amazing job to try and make you happy. They ALWAYS exceed expectations
