This has been a terrible nail experience and what makes it worst is it is not over!
I have spoken to the owner about my grievance and met with “but service was rendered”.
I went as a new customer on a Thursday and the total cost of my hands was an upsold $90. I didn’t debate as I had gotten there early yet my services still took 3hours! I was exhausted. The very next day my nail broke. As I was out of town I called and said I would return on Sunday by closing to fix. The person on the phone attempted to tell me it was a charge, I disputed!
I went back on Sunday to learn they chose to close early, not direct calls to the business number and I’d just have to come back....so I did. Tuesday I arrive and express my concern, only asking for half back as I agree service was rendered but given the now 3 trips I had to make and excessive cost, it was fair. It took an hour to fix the one nail and no apology or funds were returned.
We are now on Tuesday, guess what folks...yet another nail is broken. I will now have to go back for a 4th time to have this fixed within a week.
All I asked was to be treated fairly as a new client and I was not shown any respect in doing the right thing. Terrible business practices and I want to be clear, it has still not been clearly expressed why my hands cost $90, the breakdown given did not line up and to save face I was told it was the “+” in the detail of the work.
If the work was so detailed, I wouldn’t be here one week in with 2 broken nails.
Please fix my nail and know I will never be back and hope you all don’t take advantage of others as you have done me!

I was very impressed by the attention to detail. Gentleness used by doing my nails and they have a wide variety of colors and designs. I will be back!!

Clean and professional! I always get dip nails, and they are always well done, and last! I’ve been coming here for over a year, and Naomi has helped maintain the health, strength and beauty of my nails.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they look amazing! The technician was sweet, gentle, and did an amazing job on my eyebrows! Her technique was amazing and even with my low pain tolerance, it didn’t hurt! i will definitely be back!!

Absolutely the best service I have ever received in a nail salon in this area. They weren't afraid to let people know there was a long wait and still not rush service on those already in chairs to get to the ones waiting. Definitely give you their undivided attentio . This will be my go to from now on.
