Amazing place.everyone is so nice and they remember your name. Always done amazing on my nails and I have had acrylics on for over 10 years. Only place in Albany that has done a good job since moving up here 2 years ago

I called ahead of time and set a 4:45 appointment for my mother and i to get our nails done when we arrived we were asked why we were there i informed them that we had an appointment and the name that it was under we then waited until 5:09 when they finally had my mom put her feet in the water for her pedicure I continued to wait because i was getting a set of solar nails i ended up waiting for over an hour after my appointment time before they got to me. Now thats ridiculous to have to wait that long when an appointment was made but not only that my nails look horrible because the lady who was doing them was just rushing to get me done and on to the next. So when i got to the car and looked at my nails i could see where it looked like my nails had grown out and were lifted and this was whith in 10 minutes of getting them done. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had in a nail salon. I would never recommend this place and never going back.

They suck. They screwed my nails up. Didn't cut them, they're uneven, weren't connected to my real nail at all, didn't even give me the design I wanted, they were rude and very unprofessional. I definitely won't be going back there and I'll be sure to let everyone I know how the service is. Alba nails is where we'll be going from now on. 👍

My daughter and I came here to get Mani & Pedis as just walk in customers. They were super friendly and we got in within 10 minutes. I will definitly be returning 👍

Terrible experience, they use shellac but don't know how to take it off!?!?! I sat in the pedi chair for 20+ mins waiting for the guy to figure out how to take off my toenail polish!! Ugghhh! Eventually he had massacred my nail polish so bad I walked out!!
