Terrible experience at this salon. I came in asking for matte black, coffin shaped acrylics. The matte was so uneven and you could see the brush strokes. I told the nail tech and she said it was fine. I then asked her to fix them. She gave me attitude but she did it. She did a sloppy job when removing the matte and continuing with regular gel. I asked her to clean them up and I was met with more attitude. I told her I didn't want her to continue. She said either she fixes them or to never come back. I'll never be going back there again.

I've been coming every since they opened. Everyone is really nice, they get to know me since I go a lot. Tammy and Kenny(owner) do really nice acrylics w/ gel and Kelly does really good with pedicures if you want to get all the bad stuff out too. I always love coming back. Yes it may be slow sometimes but it's only slow if everyone is busy (which they might be) but I usually wait no more than 10-15 minutes max if I come in at night or in the morning/ early afternoon (around 12-2pm)

Don’t bother. Tools weren’t clean or sanitized. I got a pedicure and mani. The lady didn’t seem to care at all And did a crappy, messy manicure and left when she was done. My toes she cut a little too much skin and bled and a
Few days later I noticed it was hurting and swollen. Some puss coming out of my big toe. First and last time there. So not worth the long wait.

Worst nail salon ever , bad customer service i got a full set , I wanted to try on a color and once I had it on I did not like it and I wanted to change it so the lady got mad because she said it was too much work to take it off even though I told her I did not like it and was not satisfied. After soo many times of telling her I didn't like it she changed the color but charged me $10 more even though She wasn't even done painting my nails the first time ! Then she kept pushing my hands in a rude way just because she was mad ! Don't waste your time , trust me ! If I could rate this salon 0 stars I would !

For non existent customer service. They should have someone who welcomes guests. I left after not being spoken to for up to 30 mins. I also thought I had a appointment. I hope you have a better experience than I did.
