I went in asking for a full set and was immediately greeted with a look of disgust that was unmistakable. I brushed it off in hopes that maybe this particular person might have been having a rough day! Then another worker rushed up and shouted loudly at me “what do you want? Why are you here?” Me still being naive and not wanting to assume the worst I said: “I was looking for a full Se..” immediately I was cut off before I could get a word out and was aggressively ordered to sit and was told I’d be helped in 5 minutes. So naturally I waited although I was a bit put off..... after waiting 45 mins I got up and said politely “Um excuse me ? I was told to wait five minutes however it has been 45... I was wondering if I ..” immediately cut off again the worker shouted Leave! Which startled me to tears so I left! Absolutely thee most horrendous experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon thus far! I realized none of their fair skinned customers was getting such rude treatment and that I seemed to also be out numbered! I felt belittled disrespected and treated unequally and unfairly. Thee irony here lies in the fact they call themselves the “friendly” nail salon.... As someone once told me... well if you have to say it then how true is it really? I’d NEVER EVER go there ever again!!! An if you are like me and love when peoples equality isn’t stripped from
Them in such a humiliating way then you won’t go there either!

I would give them ZERO stars If I could. A friend recommended them and I will NEVER go back. I went to get my eye brows done & the lady did my first eye brow it looks half way decent, definetly not the quality I'm used to though, then she went on to the 2nd eye brow & completely messed it up. I suggested a way for her to fix it a little bit and kept saying no that it was my eye brows and she was just going to clean them up. She suggested ghat I just draw my eye brow in. Then when it came time to pay it was a whole other fiasco. She was mad I didnt have cash, then told me there was a $10 minimum on cards (not posted anywhere) and said she could tip herself the $2. She definetly didnt deserve it but what was I going to do. I then handed her my credit card and she told me they do not accept discover. I should have just walked out without paying. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO HOME AND PLUCK THEM FOR 20 MINUTES TO TRY TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES !

I used to go here years ago, but have since moved out of town. This is the second time this year I’ve come home for a visit and gone to friendly nails and been greatly disappointed. But this will definitely be my last appointment here. I had my ANC removed and replaced with acrylic because ANC is hard to find where I live. I have glue all over my hands and caked under my nails, my cuticles were nicked twice, the paint job was over all sloppy and uneven. I had an appointment for 5 which was her last of the day, The nail tech was clearly rushing and really only interested in getting me out of her chair. This is similar to my previous visit, but worse. I will definitly go elsewhere next time I’m in town.

Goody hooked my nails up. She did my nails and genuinely cared about how they looked, so she cares about her work and is too bomb at her job👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I’m from out of town but I found my nail spot in Saratoga

Arrived at 6:10pm .. they are supposed to close at 7pm. She turned us away for a eye brow wax. Apparently our government gave them money to not work. While the he rest of us Americans have to work for a living . Horrible place.. unprofessional.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Horrible customer service... ! Place is FILTHY!!!
