I love this Spa but it is a little pricey. I go here when I want to give myself a little extra special pampering.

I went in last week with a specific idea in mind. I had showed my stylist multiple pictures of the balayage I wanted. I had explained how I wanted everything very blended just like it was in any picture you look at. I thought my hair looked fine right after it being showed to me, but once I had gotten home I realized it wasn’t what I had wanted at all. I had wanted my outgrown, box-dyed hair to be covered up and the stylist only added blonde to parts of my hair. The underside section of my hair was left it’s natural color while the blonde is mainly found towards the front of my face. A lot of my original hair color is poking through, which again I wanted covered up. Also, when I booked the appointment online, a price of $125 was given to me, but I was then told once I got to the salon, that the starting price would be $155. I would love to redo my hair the way I wanted in the first place, but I don’t want to risk that much money and not have it turn out the way I asked for a second time.

Stopped by and spoke with Lindsay for a consultation for a short summer cut. She said it was great. Made my appointment and went in for my haircut. I spent $85 there between haircut and product suggestions. Just short of putting a bowl on my head my haircut went horribly wrong. I made another appointment to go back and speak with Lindsay about it. She showed me how to blow dry my hair. I told her it was not at all what I wanted, didn't even come close to the picture and I looked like a boy. She proceeded to take me to front counter and said give her her money back she doesn't like her haircut. And told me "go back to my old salon" ..... Really !!! Rude !!! Giving me my money back was not what I asked for. But yes I will go back to my old salon....Lindsay charged me $55 for a haircut that will take months and months of growing out to try and fix. Not worth the money and the attitude should be left at the front door when your in customer service. But hey, thanks for the glass of water !

Great place, as a guy its probably one of the most expensive haircuts I've had but you get what you pay for. They did a fantastic job and I will be going back for my next cut.

Spent part of my bachelorette party here. The massage was amazing, and the makeup artist really took her time and did an amazing job!
