I never ask for my money back. I have worked in the spa industry for years and I firmly believe that if a technician does a job, they should be payed for it. This, however, was an exception. I got a simple, one color manicure. My technician told me to keep my nails in the UV light for 5+ minutes at a time, my cuticles were jagged and clearly uneven, the shape was uneven, the polish was uneven with bubbles and clear spots, the edges on all my nails were unpainted. Complete disaster. I asked for my money back which they did comply with. Very disappointed...

Great salon with friendly staff. Clean and sterile tools. I recommend making an appointment as they can be busy!

The staff was somewhat friendly. I didn't mind at all how quiet they were since I wanted to enjoy my manicure and pedicure. I did for the most part but I feel that the design and technique used to polish my nails was amateur. It didn't come out at all how I would have liked. My nails were long and by the time she was done they were short and she didn't ask how I like them shaped. Will not go back!

Excellent pedicure. Got the wax and the hot towel...and lower leg massage as listed on the package I paid for. Went here a year or so ago and strayed to somewhere closer to home for convenience. Returned tonight and realized what I had been missing out on at the other place

Absolutely blown away by the pedicure and fill I got tonight!! Rebooked for myself and my Mom!!
