The experience was disappointing. I was passed off and forgotten twice. 2nd man wasn't very nice and didn't really listen to me. My nails were dull after I was finished. They weren't shiny and were left bumpy. Luckily the woman that listened to my complaint took care of me. If it wasn't for her I would have rated this place a .5.
