They were very kind my first trip in, I had a dip manicure done. Within a week 3 nails had broke, & several others were starting to crack, (dip usually last me 3 weeks and Ive been doing dip manicures regularly for the last 2.5 years). So I called in and set a time to come by to have them redone. She looked them over and asked me "do you want to change the color?" As we walked towards her table, I told her "Yes Please!", hadn't realized that was an option until she said something and since they have a large variety of colors I was excited to try something new & made my selection. When she had completed my manicure I asked her if I owed her anything. (In my head I had planned on leaving a tip for their time) but I WASNT prepared for was her telling me I owed $30! She said it would have been free but I changed my color!!! But she would also she would also give me a gift certificate for $15 for the next time I came in...I bit my lip and paid my bill knowing I was to upset to speak kind words and left promptly.

I really like going here to get my nails done. The ladies are always really nice, I never have to wait, and the prices are right. I would recommend this place.
