I’ve been here twice and had great experiences both times! I did have to wait a while but it made up for it in how great my nails turned out, and the staff is so friendly! I’ll definitely be back :)

I really wish there was a no star button. This place is horrible and the service was horrible. My friend and I went to get out eyebrows done. Upon arrival, a lady named Ashley was beckoned to do the service. She did not ask my friend how she wanted them done she just began doing them. I then told the lady my friends eyebrows were wrong and my friend started saying she didn't like them either and the worker Ashley said GET THE (F) OUT. We were both shocked and asked to speak with the manager. The manager proceeds to say "well let your brows grow back and I will do them myself." My friend said well I think the lady Ashley should apologize to me for cursing me out and the manager says well there is nothing I can do and asked we leave. This was a horrible experience and I would never go back and I recommend no one else spend their money at this shop. Disrespect of a customer is never the solution!

The best nail salon in Oxford! Been going there for almost 20 yrs. Moved away and still go whenever I'm in town. Chelsea is my girl! Can't leave Tan and Henry out - hey ya'll!

Lisa is beyond the awesomeness. I’m glad my friends suggested to come see Lisa for my nails and eyebrows. She fixed me all up and she’s always so understanding. Thanks a bunch Lisa!

I love Henry! This was my first time getting my nails done in at least a year. I had no ideas of want I wanted to get so I asked him about some ideas and he googled the ombré nails and showed them to me! He is so funny. Very nice and creative. Will be coming back!
