Very rude customer service. I always come here to do my nails but today was very off day for them . The tech Rosa was super rude and kept telling me to look away and not look at her. She was being super fast and doing a very bad job. She kept pushing my hands down with attitude and saying I need to relax or she’s going to cut herself .. I was so tense because the way she was acting ... I went in there for to get one nail repair and decided to get a new polish color, she was very rude and said they all look fine and I’m like it’s lifted and she said no it’s okay and I have half my acrylic clearing sticking up. Also being that I had just a new full set with the other tech a couple days before so it didn’t even last a week. so much for my relaxing day off ... she ruined it .. go with Jenny she’s the only good person there.

I am going to be brutally honest,as I am with all my reviews... I am from California and have been getting my nails done for quite some time. I found this place through Google. Decided to give it a shot. They stay crowded so I figured that was a good sign.. Never judge a book by it's cover. At first the owner did my nails and my daughter's. Then 3rd time it was a different lady,she spoke fluent English. I said that because she started talking badly about two customers to me. I listened I figured she had to vent right...one of the customers was a lady that was waiting for her to do her nails. She started complaining saying that the lady was rude for walking to us while she was doing my nails. I didn't see anything wrong with that,but different strokes for different folks. What really got me is when she started in on a lady that was sitting adjacent from me getting her nails done by the owner. She started talking about her to me then got up and walked over to the lady and started badgering her about her last visit. Talking horrible about the lady's daughter and told the lady something was wrong with her. This went on while other customers were present. One even started filming the incident. By the time the lady was done with being blatantly disrespectful to the customer, she was in tears( customer). So, I didn't go back for a while. Until two or three weeks ago. Another lady who was short with short hair did my nails. She started talking and laughing,having a full pledge conversation,on her Bluetooth headset..so I thought,because no one else was in close proximity. Wrong!! She was talking to her self. Then her business phone rang. She got up left me at the station and began to actually have a real conversation with someone else on the phone,for a few. I had to remind her that she was in the middle of doing my nails. So by this time the owner came to me and started to finish my right hand and the lady returned grabbing my left hand . It was like I was in a tug of war match between these two. So, I decided to go in yesterday because I needed a fill . The same rude,disrespectful , lady that had made the customer cry,was there.There were only three people working and each were busy. I sat down for a while,until finally the rude ass yes I said it.. employee asked what do you need,very harsh tone. I told her,and she said it would be 30 minutes. I stood up and looked at the lady that she was working on and it didn't look like 30 minutes of work to be done. So I said just that. She quickly started getting obnoxiously loud and started to talk about me,as she did with the other lady. I said really wow,then a group of ladies walked in and heard the lady rudely saying if you people don't want to wait that's to bad. Needless to say they quickly headed back out the door. I proceeded to. I will never support a business establishment that displays that type of unethical behavior.

Okay so I have been a regular at Ninas nails across town a little bit pricier but worth it,until my last set which chipped off in a week. I went back and asked them to fix it but they were trying to save face since it was a full house and blamed me!! So i decided to try pro nails,I had decided on white with glitter ombre well the gentleman who did my nails out on a good 4 coats of each which made the nails feel heavier,and clumpy but I didnt fuss because he was rather quick and they looked pretty. Until about an hour later when I took a shower to start my Saturday night and the glitter part of the ombre was so thick it literally got caught in my hair and chipped off,I figured its one nail Ill fix it tomorrow, and I changed 3 nails just popped off no chips or cracks just literally fell off my nail bed,and the glitter on all my nails completed lifted to the point that I had no choice but to peel it off. Came back thks sunday morning furious,only to be greeted by Kim and Kelly who didnt argue or turn me away nor did they try to charge for anything,Kelly had to replace 4 nails completely,shape,and paint all 10 and she was very quick and sweet about it. I left is such a better mood then what I came with. Great customer service ,and Kim is the best for eyebrow waxing I got compliments all night I will definetly be a regular here at pro nails from now on 💕
