Absolutely love this place! Got my nails done at another salon for a wedding and they were all jacked up 😑. I came into Luxxe Nail to have them repaired. Mimi and Stephanie took great care of my nails and feet. They gave me exactly what I was looking for and had me laughing the entire time. This is one of the best nail shops I have been to and the atmosphere is wonderful.

This place is appointment only, which would be fine if they literally ever answered their phone. I left them two voicemails and called numerous times to try to schedule an appointment for me and my bridesmaids to get our nails done the day before my wedding. I never heard back and no one ever picked up the phone, so I ended up using Chestnut Nails, and they were great! Clearly this place does not have decent customer service or the consideration to call people back.

They are appointment only but don't let that deter you. The atmosphere is amazing and you're not treated as just a number but as a customer. Out of all the nail places I've gone to Ive never seen employees interact in such a kind way to not only newbies but regulars. Plus they do quality work.
