Pedis came out great. Nails not so much. Nails came out lumpy, chunky, and crooked. Even showed a pictures of how my nails use to look like. Nails are uneven in length, edges underneath were not filed down and now are catching on anything I grab. Nails weren't even fully cleaned before new ones were applied. Acrylic is stuck to my skin and on other nails sharp in the corners and hurting. Luckily I found another place that is willing to fix ALL mistakes. After sending pictures they arent even charging me for a full set.

Went in for a full set with dip powder, and was not satisfied at all. I don’t think my nail tech has done dip powder on nails before. My nails are not shiny, they look matte and uneven. They are lumpy and top coat was not applied evenly. Really disappointed, I honestly don’t recommend getting dip powder done here. They’re pedicures are ok, but manicures are definitely not ok. Not a bad establishment, but nail techs need more training.
