I was looking for a new shop to get my nails done, so I stopped in yesterday, since I noticed the shop was under “New Management”. Stood at the reception desk for about 5-10 minuets before someone asked what I wanted (this was done by calling across the shop). Told her that I was looking for someone to do my nails, total silence, from the three individuals that were working.
After about 5 minuets of total silence, I left. Someone did say “Thank you” as I walked out the door.
I think their so called “New Management” needs to be replaced or the people that were working there yesterday should be fired!

Horrible service!!!! The owner is so rude! She doesn't know what she is doing, the place is dirty, they don't follow sanitation standars. The department of health should stop by in the shop and check them for healthy purpuses. And on top of that they charged for everything I wanted my nails shorter and I was charged $8 for that and $15 to change the shape plus the gel, to remove the gel you are going to end up paying $100 for a hole on a wall in Tarzana , the service and the quality of their products are very low quality. And the cherry on top when I asked her why she charged for cutting the nails or change the shape (because I have been doing my nails for years and never heard of such a thing) she stopped working and asked me to leave of course first I paid for what she did until that moment. NO CLASS, NO RESPECT, NO EDUCATION, NO STANDARTS HEALTH!!!! Don't waist your money or time to go there! They are TERRIBLE!

Excellent service. Have been going there for several years. Even more, when I used to take my late, sometimes a bit confused father there, he was always treated with kindness and the utmost respect, which was not the case in other locations.
