Overall, my nails looked great and the guy who did my nails was very thorough with his details. Although I loved the outcome, I did question a of things throughout the process. First was the cleanliness of the tools used on me. The guy used a nail clipper that was rigidity and clearly used on me which made me feel very uncomfortable. Secondly was the filers and utensils used to trim of my cuticles were clearly used as well.
I did not enjoy the roughness on my hands and bleed multiple times throughout the process. The next day, my fingers were sore from all the open cuts. Personally, if I was to go back. I would be VERY
VOCAL about my concerns and what I want. Just a fair notice for incoming customers.

This place is amazing!! Carmen, Kathy Sam and everyone else there are great. I love all the work they do there.

I have never, ever seen a place whip through a pedicure like this place did.
I paid for un upgraded pedicure. My "massage's" lasted for literally 45 seconds to 90 seconds, per leg (including the foot).
So my UPGRADED pedicure, with a sea salt scrub, parfin wax, a mask, a lotion/oil massage, AND my polish took 33 minutes. That's from the time I was seated in the pedicure chair until I was seated at the nail dryer.
I get pedicures for the callous removal and I pay for upgraded pedicures for the massages...this sucked.
So, if you want a quick basic pedi, come here...want to pay extra for more time and services, go somewhere else.
