I’ve been going to Kathy for five years now faithfully. Ive since moved and drive 30 min to see her. I’ve never complained and tip her well. Even times that she has someone else do my pedicure I’m ok with it. Last Friday I had the worst pedicure I ever had in my life. And over charged for it, So horrible I was speechless but in a hurry to catch my plane to WA. I took a pic sent it to Kathy and she agreed I would get a redo when I returned. Today I came in had my pedicure done and was charged another 45 with a 5 discount. I’m shocked. They will be losing a long time customer. I kills me to part ways with Kathy but I feel cheated by the guy that collects the money.

I had the most horrible experience and service. I told the nail technician that I was no longer interested in gel polish she refused to listen. She never treated my cuticles. Told me I was dry. The polish was bubbling up on my nails and she said well it’s then polish that’s the problem and would not it until I insisted strongly. My nails are thick and misshapen and not uniformed. They do not look natural. They have dents in them. I brought this to her attention and she said she wasn’t done. I asked her who did her nails I want that same natural look straight from the cuticle as you. She said no you have tips. They did not have all advertised gel polishes. Which was another reason why I stated that I did not want gel polish on my nails multiple times. This was horrible. The pictures speak for themselves. Just got those done less than hour of this post.

The lady did a wonderful job! She took such good care of my nails and did it the way I asked , word for word.

First time at tip coat 3 days ago and my experience was horrible. The lady who did my nails didn’t do my nails the original way that I wanted them. Then she over charged for my nails charging 50 dollars just for my nails with no design. After she finished my nails and feet she told me it was 75 dollars. I only had 70 bucks so I used my card. Then she charged my card 90 bucks which really pissed me off. I feel taken advantage of and highly upset.I get my nails done routinely on the regular I know how I like my nails done and I know quality as well. Adding to the fact I never had an experience like this one before. Now I’m out of town 3 days later now I lost three nails already and a forth one lifting up. My nails haven’t even been done a week!!😡😡 This was my first experience and I will NEVER!!! Go back!!! Over charge and the quality sucked now I have to get a whole new full set out of town😡😡😡. Super inconvenience and a waste of money and time. Don’t waste your money and time ladies.
