Unethical business!
I made an appointment *specifically* for gel manicure AND gel pedicure. I also confirmed the price with the person making the appointment TWICE.
Arrive to the appointment, sitting in the chair and was told that the price was TWICE as much as I was quoted while making my appointment. Given the time of my appointment, I was at the mercy of sticking with this salon, unable to get another appointment at another salon.
Be very careful when making your appointments! Get the name of the person making the appointment so that you can refer to them when they decide to increase their prices on their customers.
A reputable establishment that appreciates customers would apologize for their mistake and honor the price they quoted, TWICE!
Will never return to Empire Nails!
