Bella and her team are simply amazing. When I go in to get my nails done they make me feel like family. Be prepared to spend quality time with them and if you are thirsty just ask for anything you would like. I will go there for the rest of my life in Tennessee.

Not deserving of even one star. I have been a customer here since the very day they opened. I came in and was told to pick out my color as normal. Bella said to take the third seat on the left and it would be just a few minutes. Over thirty minutes passed and I asked one of the sweet girls near by to just fill the tub with water so at least my cuticles would soften and be ready by the time they start on it. Thinking it would be SOON. Over thirty MORE minutes LATER the girl sits down to do it and I mentioned how I never expected it to be so long (by then it was over an hour from the time I sat down) and wish I was told when I go there because I could have come back. At that moment, the sweet girl proceeded to call Bella over. Bella refused to come. The poor girl was put in a bad situation and kept calling Bella and just went to the back. I was in a little bit of disbelief at what was going on as they seemed to be fighting back in forth in Vitnamese . Bella finally came and started to yell at ME and basically said if I didn't like it to just leave. SEVERAL times. I was in SHOCK!!! Again I have been coming there since the first day they opened. I am actually still in SHOCK and well aware this burst of unprofessionalism, rudeness and foolishness had nothing to do with me... still NO excuse whatsoever for that behavior AND nor will I enrolled it/Bella by giving her my business. I have no doubt I am not the first nor the last customer she has it will do this to.
I would have been fine with an apology, kind words. She was VERY abusive to her own worker and me. Obviously had no clue how to handle people.

My pedicure time is normally a wonderful and relaxing time.
Fortunately there are FOUR nail salons across the street. One on each corner. I am sitting at Virtue Nails drying after a very beautiful and very relaxing pedicure. I found a very professional technician that will for sure be my new go to. My toenails have never looked so good!!!
Bella/Mallinium Nails, you really hurt your business when you yelled at a very sweet and hard-working employee AND customer in front of ALL your customers.

This was my first and only time I will go here. The staff was rude. As soon as I entered, she hurried me to pick a color and sit down. She didn't even allow me to see which pedicure I wanted. The lady who took care of me didn't even offer me anything to drink and I didn't even know that was an option. Then someone else came in and she got some champagne and when she saw that I noticed, she offered me something to drink. Then when putting the hot towel on me, she didn't even ask me if it was okay and it was way too hot so I had to take it off. I will never come here again.

Worst manicure ever. She did not even use a towel under my hands. Used a cloth with polish remover to wipe lotion off my nails and put it back in the drawer! Tools were not sterilized. Had to ask to have around my nails cleaned and for a second top coat.
